Information according to the law n. 675/96
Dear Client, In accordance with art. 10 of the December 31, 1996 Law n. 675 bearing the provisions protecting the rights of persons or other subjects with respect to the processing of personal data, please be advised that the personal data you made available to us (data acquired in the course conducting regular business), may be subject to processing according to the provisions of the above mentioned law and in compliance with the obligation to protect your privacy which is the basis INOXA S.r.l.'s business policy. The term "processing of personal data" refers to data collection, registration, organisation, conservation, elaboration, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, diffusion, deletion and distribution, or the combination of two or more of these operations. The owner and entity responsible for data processing is INOXA S.r.l. - Polverigi (AN) - Via S. Giovanni, 58/ - I-60020. The data will be processed for institutional purposes connected to or instrumental in our company's normal conduction of business. The following is Art. 13 of the Law 675/96 relative to the rights of the subject as per data processing. Art. 13, Law 675/96 With reference to the processing of personal data, the subject has the right to: - know of the existence of data processing that may regard him/her, through free access to the register provided for in art. 31, comma 1, letter a); - be informed of all that is provided for in article 7, comma 4, letters a), b), and h); - to obtain, from the owner and entity responsible, with no delay: the confirmation of the existence or not of personal data that regard him/her, even if not yet registered, and the communication of the same in an intelligible manner and of their origin, as well as the logic and the purposes on which the data processing is based; the request may be renewed, except in the case of justifiable reasons, within an interval of 90 (ninety) or more days; the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of the processed data in violation of law, including those cases in which conservation is not necessary in relationship to the purposes for which the data has been gathered or subsequently processed; updating, rectification (in the case where data integration is desired); certification that the operations listed in numbers 2) and 3) have been made known, also as regards content, to those to whom the data has been communicated or diffused, except in the case in which this task is impossible or comports the use of means obviously disproportionate with respect to the right protected; - to oppose, totally or in part, for legitimate reasons the processing of one's personal data, even though pertinent to the collection purposes; - to oppose, totally or in part, the processing of one's personal data for the purposes of sales information or for the sending of promotional material for direct sales, or for market research or interactive sales communication, and to be informed by the owner, before the data is communicated or diffused, of the possibility to freely exercise said right. For each request allowed by comma 1, letter c) n. 1) where the existence of data relative to the subject has not been confirmed, the subject may be asked for a contribution towards the costs, not greater that the real sustained costs, according to that expressed in and with the limits established by the regulations outlined in article 33, comma 3. The rights outlined in comma 1, referred to personal data concerning deceased persons, may be exercised by whoever has the interest to do so. In the exercising of the rights outlined in comma 1, the subject may confer, in writing, a power of attorney to individuals or associations. The regulations governing professional secrecy within the journalistic profession remain unchanged, limited to the source of the news.
