Cookie Policy

INOXA SRL respects its users' privacy: any data possibly communicated by the users will be processed with the utmost care and with all the tools to ensure their security, in full compliance with the current legislation concerning the protection of confidentiality.

Cookies: what they are and what is their function

"Cookies" are small text files that certain websites send to your computer or mobile device whenever you access a specific site or use its services. Their purpose is to acquire and transport information. Cookies are sent from the web server (on which the website visited is operational) to the browser you are using (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, etc.) and then stored on your computer. If you would like to learn more about cookies, please visit the page
Generally speaking, cookies may be used for several reasons, such as to measure the use of the site by visitors, to improve page navigation, to allow you to set personal preferences on the sites you are visiting or even to protect the user's security.

Types of cookies that we use

While you are browsing the internet, certain information is automatically recorded, such as: the name of your Internet access provider, the site of origin, the pages visited, the duration of the visit, etc. That information will be recorded in a completely anonymous way. Cookies are not used to transmit information of a personal nature, nor are persistent cookies of any kind, that are systems for tracking users. The cookies used by our websites may be classified on the basis of the purpose pursued, as described below:

Session cookies

They are used exclusively to allow access to certain Site Services and are stored for the duration of the browsing session and then deleted.

Use of so-called session cookies (which are not stored permanently on the user's computer but disappear as soon as the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) that are necessary to allow safe, efficient navigation of the site.

The so-called Session cookies used on this site prevent the use of other IT techniques that could potentially prejudice the confidentiality of users' navigation and do not allow acquisition of the user's personal identification data.

Statistical cookies

They are used in aggregate form for the Website's statistical purposes and in order to monitor, always in aggregate form, which Site pages and which Services are the most appreciated by Users.
Those cookies are used only to help us improve how our site operates and understand our users' interests.

Technical cookies

They are used to ensure the users' normal navigation of the website, to allow and facilitate those activities that are strictly necessary for website operations (such as allowing authentication to access restricted areas if any, remembering certain selected criteria such as language, managing the distribution of web traffic) and to collect certain information concerning users in aggregate and anonymous form (in relation to the IP address).

Analytical cookies

The cookies provided by Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, a web traffic analysis service provided by Google, are used to analyse users' behaviour relating to use of the site. For the use of those cookies, measures that reduce their power to identify are adopted: no user's data is saved, such as IP addresses or specific identifiers, that may be associated with a specific person including the URLs of any pages visited ("IP address masking") and prevent the sharing of any data collected with Google. They are similar to technical cookies and their use does not require the user's consent.
